Initial Deposit Terms – Pre-order of XOVR Electric Bike
We (XOVR Limited) are accepting initial orders from customers for our X1. By ordering our X1 and paying us the fully refundable deposit, you accept and gree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Deposit
A $300NZD fully refundable deposit for purchase of X1 is due and payable on placement of order. Your deposit will be held by us to secure your order and delivery of X1. Deposits will be held by us in a separate account solely for this purpose.
The deposit will only be used by us upon delivery of your X1 to you.
Refund of Deposit
If for any reason you change your mind about purchasing your X1 and would like the deposit refunded, let us know via our website or [email protected]. You may request a refund of your deposit up until the point payment of the balance of the purchase price is required (i.e. on delivery to you).
If you request a refund, we will arrange for your deposit to be credited back to you, in full without any administration or handling charges, via the same payment method you used to pay the deposit.
Shipment and delivery
We expect to receive delivery of your X1 between January and March 2024. This is an anticipated, but not guaranteed, delivery period – there may be manufacturing or shipping delays which are outside of our reasonable control.
Your XOVR will be delivered to our dealer and servicing agent – Turbosawmill, 62 Taniwha Place, Bethlehem, Tauranga.
We will notify you when your X1 arrives so that you can arrange to pick up your X1 from our servicing agent or request that your X1 be shipped to you at an alternative address.
Payment of balance of Purchase Price
You will be required to pay the balance of the purchase price in person when taking delivery of your X1.
If you request your X1 to be forwarded to another address, you will be required to pay the balance of the purchase price in full, together with any additional shipping and insurance costs, via our website, prior to forward shipping to you.
Risk & Title
Transfer of ownership of your X1 to you occurs when your X1 leaves our dealer and servicing agent’s premises. This will be either when you pick up your X1 in person or when a courier company picks up your X1 from our dealer and servicing agent.
Further Terms & Conditions and Guarantees
Full terms and conditions will be provided to you prior to delivery of your X1, together with an owner’s manual. The terms of our product guarantee on your X1 will also be provided at this time. If for any reason these terms are unacceptable to you, you will be able to request a refund of your deposit before final shipment/store delivery in line with our terms above.
Your Privacy
We will securely store your personal information and use it for contacting you about your X1, delivery, payment, promotions and other relevant matters.
